I have the books with me, so all you have to do is show up. It will be a small and peaceful group where you will be able to process, understand the forgiveness of Jesus, and heal.

Trauma
I have spent the last 4 years studying trauma. One of the things I learned is that it’s best not experienced alone. Today’s the anniversary of one of the biggest traumas I’ve ever endured. One of my friends brings me a coffee on this day every year. Trauma is a big bully. It isolates and separates and segregates and intimidates. There’s no perfect way to help someone who has suffered a trauma, just do something. Just show up. Many thanks to my beautiful friend who brings me a coffee every year on this day.
